Our Humble Beginnings
The Red Umbrella Bakery began with the simple magic of a grandmother’s kitchen. Her recipes, passed down through the years, were filled with love, tradition, and the joy of baking for family and friends. Those same recipes are the heart of what we do today.
The name Red Umbrella comes from a special children’s book that Emily’s mother read to her growing up—a symbol of comfort, imagination, and protection. Emily’s mother has always been her biggest supporter, and with her encouragement and love, this dream became a reality.
